1) The membership of our Prince Club (“Membership”) is not assignable and cannot be authorized to be used or enjoyed by any others except you.

4) You have to quote the registered mobile number upon purchase for identification in order to accumulate any bonus points and enjoy any privileges for members.

   5.2) providing you with the services under the Membership;

   5.3) providing you with regular communications and benefits details of the Membership;

   5.4) marketing, promotion and customer management of the Company or our affiliates; and

   5.5) carrying out data analysis to enable us to have a better understanding of your characteristics and buying behaviour and further provide products and/or services tailored your needs.

6) We may use your personal information to meet our customer services commitments. Access to such information is protected by physical, electronic and managerial measures and we therefore limit the access to your information to our employees and agents who need it to do their jobs.

7) Personal Data you provided to us shall only be retained for such period as may be necessary for the carrying out of the purposes in this Policy or as otherwise specified at the time of collection.

8) You have the right to access your Personal Data held by us, right to require us for correction of any Personal Data of you which is inaccurate and have us deleted any Personal Data we have about you anytime.

9) You may opt out from receiving any direct marketing materials from us anytime by contacting our customer services representatives by phone at (852) 2730 0488 or requesting the relevant form(s) from the staffs in any of our shops in Hong Kong.

10) The Company reserves the right to offer explanation about the Membership and to make final decisions in the event of any dispute.

11) We may amend the Terms and Conditions of the Membership from time to time without any prior notice.

12) In case of any inconsistency or conflict between this English version and the Chinese Version of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
