• After-sales cleaning service shall be provided to Jewellery products purchased at our online store. Please bring along the products and the sales invoice to any one of the retail shops of Prince Jewellery And Watch located in Hong Kong
• Our store will protect your personal information in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
• Color shown may be slightly different from the actual products due to computer monitor settings. Actual products shall prevail
• Subject to the actual circumstances, sales price, marketing and promotion offers, conditions and limitations will be different between Prince Jewellery And Watch online store and retail stores. These terms and offers are only applicable to those transactions in relation to online store.

 Delivery and Return

• No exchange/return and return service is provided.
• Free delivery service is provided within Hong Kong region
• We cannot provide a change of address service after the order is shipped.
• We are unable to deliver the service to the designated courier service provider as required by customer.
• An incomplete delivery address and contact number will result in an inability to deliver.
• In case of bad weather, typhoon and other force majeure factors, it will be possible to delay the parcel arrival time.
• Please double check properly before signed and received parcel.
• Actual delivery time depends on the products ordering date and the shipping time of our regulation.
• Our dispatch time is from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Public Holiday and Non-Business Days.
